MULBERRY PORRIDGE (Summer Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup dried mulberries
11⁄2 cups water
1 small apple, diced
1 tsp maple syrup
Dash of cinnamon
Handful fresh black mulberries (for topping)
Instructions:
Simmer dried mulberries and diced apple in water for 15–20 minutes until soft and thickened. Stir gently. Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with fresh black mulberries before serving.
